PET/CT Capital Campaign Reaches Goal

GILLETTE, WY – The Campbell County Healthcare Foundation completed its PET/CT Capital Campaign goal of $782,500.  The campaign was in the final stretch after the Black Cat Ball, where $94,000 was raised, including a $25,000 matching gift from Cyclone Drilling and the Hladky family. The Foundation was surprised with a generous gift of $50,000 from Raymond and Cynthia Saunders, which gave the Foundation the matching gift requirement to receive a generous gift from the Marna M. Kuehne Foundation.

The campaign was a very fast 13 month project, kicked off at last year’s Black Cat Ball.  The capital campaign was a partnership with Campbell County Health to split the cost of the equipment.  The community has been very generous and supportive of this project making cancer care a priority and a more compassionate level of care.  Now that the funds have been raised, the equipment can be ordered, with installation planned for this spring.
